Post Partum Belly – How to Lose That Pregnant Belly Fast
I am the mommy of 2 beautiful, fantastic girls and I was thrilled and thankful when I had each of them… everything seemed like it was perfect – except that I was left with very gross, yucky, loose skin around my belly (post partum belly). Now, I’m not complaining, I would so do it all over again just to have my two daughters – but this flabby, stretched out tummy was not what I expected.
See, I used to be in fairly decent shape. I mean, I wasn’t exactly perfect (far from it) – but I could at least wear a bikini without too much embarrassment – but after having two kids – well, let’s just say a bikini was definitely not happening anytime soon. Not unless I was alone in my own back yard – far from staring, judgemental eyes. I couldn’t fit into my skinny jeans anymore, I couldn’t wear clingy clothes (the only things my clothes were clinging to anymore were my floppy, blobby belly and my “muffin top”). It was so disgusting and embarrassing to me - I would actually have to “tuck” my tummy into my waistband when I sat down just to keep it from hanging out!
Oh yeah, and the worst part was when I would bend over – my belly would just hang down loosely – no way was I ever letting my hubby see me in that position!
I know, I do… I know what you’re thinking – “well why don’t you just work out and diet” – the problem was I was a NEW MOM! That means very little time to yourself, eating fast, no energy, and going to the gym was totally out of the question!! Are you kidding?!Even a trip to the bathroom seemed like it had to be scheduled. And trying to do a workout on dvd was not happening …I was always getting interrupted or someone needed me.
Well, to make a long story short – I finally found something that worked!
