Low blood sugar can give you headaches, make you dizzy and tired and in cases of extreme low blood sugar, you can pass out. By learn using your blood sugar monitor on a daily basis and acting on the results, you can reduce the risk of complications from diabetes. Keep track of what your A1C levels are. Your A1C levels give you a good indication of whether your blood sugar levels have been in target range for the past three months.
