Key to a Fit Healthy Body

A lean, fit, healthy body is a goal well worth striving for.  A smart, healthy diet plan is one of quickest ways to achieve the “best body” you have always desired. 

You do not need to starve yourself or eat exotic foods and supplements to give your body the fuel it needs to raise your energy level and lower your body fat percentage.

One of them most critical aspects to achieving your best body as quickly and easily as possible, is using the correct frequency and timing when eating your meals.

Ideally you should eat 5 small meals spaced evenly throughout the day. When you eat larger meals less frequently your body gets the signal that it should store fat and nutrients until the next large meal.

If you eat smaller meals more frequently you send your body the signal that there will be food coming soon so it will burn what you feed it as opposed to storing in anticipation of a long delay before the next meal.

In this scenario the quantity of food you take in should gradually decrease through the course of the day. This is the most efficient way to fuel your body when it needs it most, during activity, as opposed to right before a long period of inactivity.
