Most of the food that we eat nowadays are full of sugar, fat and salt, and it’s this combination that creates constant craving, that make us don’t want to stop eating. Salty biscuits and chips are perfect examples of super tasty food. That kind of food with a lot of fat, salt and sugar are designed to never fill you up, and their flavor, texture and aroma leave you begging for more.

Foods make us feel good, so we want more because we link that food to that good feeling. We normally remain stimulated until every last crumb is gone. The good news is a change in attitude could be all it takes to overcome conditioned of I cant stop eating. A very structured eating plan that cuts out snacking is essential. You need to identify danger foods and (I know it’s tough) eliminating them altogether.

Another reason of I cant stop eating is depression. Depression & I cant stop eating have a very real link. But that doesn’t mean you have to be stuck where you’re at. • Be aware of what causes your cravings is it because you have not eaten in the past three-to-four hours or you are no a low-carb diet.
• Change or move from from where you normally were during the I cant stop eating session. Maybe sit at a dinner table instead of infront of the tv and take a walk outside the craving will diminish and you will have a better control at it
• Neutralize your taste. For example if you’re craving sugar, eat something salty/spicy. Maybe have a small portion of something and then have a green tea afterwards to neutralize the palate.”
• Avoid processed food and fast foods.
• Stock you house with healthy and balanced food.
