Happiness Is A Warm Towel

There is nothing worse than stepping out of the shower and wrapping a towel around yourself that feels like it’s been in the fridge. Your skin is all hot; the towel is cold and you wind up with goose bumps all over.

On the other hand, getting out of the shower and drying off with a nice, warm towel feels wonderful. So how do you work it out that you have a warm towel when you’re through with your shower?  There are two fairly common types of towel warmers. They both work equally well, but it’s up to you to decide which one works best for you.

The chest type of towel warmer looks like a small cooler. You put your towels inside, close it up and turn it on. Then when your shower is done, your towels are warm. The main advantage of this type of warmer is that it’s portable. If you have two bathrooms in your home, you can easily carry it back and forth between them. You can even take it on vacation if you want to.

The other type of warmer is the rail type. This kind looks like any other towel rack that you might see in a bathroom, but of course it gets warms and keeps the towels hanging on it warm. The advantage with this type of warmer is that towels hanging on it stay warm all of the time. You don’t have to load it up and turn it on right before your shower because it will already have warm towels on it. Also, it can be used as a drying wrack for swimwear or delicate washables. If you use it to dry your towels after you use them, it will cut down on mold and mildew forming on the towels.
