Failure in Network Marketing
Failure in the early stages of network marketing has been the most likely expected results. Consequently, the vast majority of people drop out on network marketing as early as their second or third month at most.
In general, most network marketing drop outs blame their sponsors, their team, the company, the pay plan, the products or the services, and even their friends and family for not being supportive enough. Forums and blog comments are all full of such execuses.
The truth is, it’s non of the above to be blamed. It’s just how the network marketing business model is.
Let me explain:
As a newbie in network marketing, you don’t know what to do or how to start. You sign up, give your payment information for the autoship, receive your product(s) and try to follow your sponsors instructions on how to do it. You know … buying leads, cold calling, seminars, meetings, advertising … you name it.
Here is what you just did:
You added an extra item to your monthly spendings by signing up for the autoship. That’s extra money out of your pocket for an item that you don’t need. Add to that the costs of buying leads leads and advertising. That’s even more money out of your pocket every month.
And because you are just starting, you are not yet ready to sponsor new members or make new sales.
That’s extra money you spend every month with no return on your investment. After a couple of month with no or little success (which is normal) you feel that you are just wasting money while you need it the most.
So you drop it and decide never to come back to it again.
The Solution:
If you see yourself in the above picture, immediately stop the waste, and ask for refund if you still qualify. This is to minimize your loss.
Then, find a network marketing business opportunity that sells something you already use and buy on regular basis. This way you avoid wasting money on extra items to buy because you’ll just get what you usually get for that money but from a different source that rewards you money for your referrals.
In addition, you don’t need to spend more money on leads. Every body you know is a lead, because if you already buy these items every month, there is a big chance that everybody you know does as well. Even if you buy leads, your job is to sell the business opportunity, because they already buy the product anyway.
You got that? You don’t need to convince people to buy the product hoping to make extra money. You only need to get them to switch stores.
