We love our dog. Since she was a little puppy she has had trouble with her hips. Hip dysplagia I think is what it is called. We were going to let her have puppies but, with her hips so bad we knew this wasn’t the best option for her. She has been such a great companion for the children and I feel safer knowing she is with them when they are outdoors.
Building her a house will just be a simple way to show my love for such a great dog. The doghouse plans I found are just what I need to give her a comfortable and warm space for when she is outside. I think I will probably put some carpet and a blanket on the floor of the doghouse for her…or maybe some straw. She deserves a good place to lay and watch the cars go by.
I have decided to build my dog a doghouse with Doghouse Plans. I have looked for some good plans and have found some. I really thought that building the doghouse on my own might be difficult to construct. Once I received the plans, I realized that since I knew how to use a hammer and drill I would have no trouble at all building it. The plans are laid out precisely right down to the last nail. I even have options as to whether I want a smaller doghouse or larger one.
My lab likes to spend a lot of time outdoors and now she will be warm and comfy when she is lying in her doghouse. She enjoys just lying there and watching the traffic go by. Now she will by able to do this and be comfortable.
